William Kowalski is a Board Certified Chiropractor since 1984 and who serves Hudson, NY and the surrounding Hudson Valley and Greene County.
Dr. Kowalski seeks to improve his chiropractic patients' health and wellness in all areas of their lives. Dr. Kowalski likes to treat the "whole person" in his work as a chiropractor. Dr. Kowalski's skilled chiropractic background enables him to have unique insight into many conditions, which means looking for the underlying causes of disease, discomfort, and pain, which usually arise from imbalances in the spinal column, muscles and connective tissue.
His practice's primary focus is delivering highly effective, state of the art techniques, gentle chiropractic care to people of all ages. Chiropractic adjustments are not limited to the spine but may also include: hands, arms, feet, legs, cranial and TMJ. Manual traction, stretching and rehabilitative techniques are occasionally used, as well as ergonomic recommendations are made to prevent reoccurring injuries. Additionally, nutritional tips are regularly recommended and nutrition products are available.
His diverse background in Chiropractic, athletics and Nutrition has allowed him to approach patient's diverse backgrounds from athletes to the less active individual, children and adults of all ages with numerous different conditions with the same goal - optimal functioning structure = optimal health and optimal performance.
